30-day returns

Not quite right? Return any unworn piece within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging with tags attached, for a full refund of the item price.

Made-to-order and final-sale pieces are marked clearly on the product page and cannot be returned.

How to start a return

  1. Open your account and choose the order you'd like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid label and drop the parcel at any carrier point.
  3. Once it arrives back at the atelier, your refund lands within 5 business days.
